Refund Policy

Refund Window

• First purchase: Refund requests can be made within 7 days of payment
• Renewal orders: Refund requests can be made within 3 days after renewal (must not have used new cycle quota)

Full Refund Conditions

1. Within 7 days of first purchase, total generations ≤ 10
2. Technical failure causing service unavailability for more than 24 hours
3. Accidental duplicate payment (must provide payment proof)

Partial Refund Conditions

1. Used quota > 10 generations but < 50%, refund based on unused ratio
2. Early cancellation during subscription period, refund based on remaining days ratio

Non-Refundable Situations

1. Used quota exceeds 50% of current plan
2. Exceeds refund window period after purchase
3. Service terminated for violation of Terms of Service

Refund Process

2. Provide order number, refund reason, and usage description
3. Customer service will review and respond within 3 business days
4. After approval, refund will be returned to original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. If customer service does not respond within 3 business days, you can apply directly through Creem Portal

Usage Restrictions

Prohibited Content

Users must not upload or generate the following content. Violations will result in immediate service termination without refund:

• Illegal content (violence, terrorism)
• Pornographic or sexually suggestive content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Content infringing copyright, trademark, or portrait rights
• False information or malicious forgery

Prohibited Behavior

• Using automated scripts or bots to abuse the service
• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent quota limits
• Reselling or redistributing generated images (except Ultimate plan)
• Sharing account for simultaneous use by multiple people

Penalty Measures

1. First warning: Email notification, service suspended for 24 hours
2. Second violation: Service suspended for 7 days, current month quota canceled
3. Serious violation: Permanent account ban, no refund

Appeal Mechanism

AI Service Limitations
